Guji Coffee

Named after its distinctive location hailing from the lush Guji zone in Ethiopia's Oromia region, Ethiopian Guji coffee boasts a unique heritage. These premium coffee beans are sourced from one of the greenest regions in fully organic cultivation Nestled amidst breathtaking mountain landscapes, this region is known for its commitment to fully organic cultivation, Once a year, between November and January, local farmers meticulously hand-pick ripe red coffee cherries, ensuring the highest quality beans.

The beans are then processed using natural method, under sunlight to dry on a raised African bed, drawing out their rich and complex aromas.

The exceptional quality of Ethiopian Guji coffee is attributed to a perfect confluence of factors. The unique combination of altitude and specific coffee plant varieties within the Guji zone contributes to its distinctive notes of citrus, lemongrass, floral nuances, and fruity flavors, all balanced by a lively acidity.
